If you forget your password, enter your card number and click on the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. You will then be given two options: 1) Send your password in an email to the listed email address, or 2) Allow you to log in immediately after providing your Security Answer. If you still are not successful after completing one of these two options, contact customer service at 1-800-624-6171.
Your name and total points are displayed in the upper left hand side of the screen once you login to TruCa$h. To view your activities, click on the Account Tab, then Activities. Click on Total Points Earned to view your transaction history. Click on Total Points Redeemed to view your redemption history.
CASH! Directly on your card.
This is referred to as 'Converting Points to Cash' and there are two ways:
Once you reach the Convert Points to Cash page, simply click the 'Convert to Cash' drop-down box and select the amount of points you wish to convert. Then click ‘Convert Now’. The points will immediately be taken from your account and the cash will be loaded on to your card.
Prior to your first conversion of points to cash, you will have to activate your card for this option and provide one piece of ID, such as SIN #, Drivers License or Passport #. When you activate your card, you will be given a temporary e-Wallet password (different than your TruCa$h password). Write this down. The first time you log into the banking website (by clicking on Open My e-Wallet), you will be forced to change your e-Wallet password.

Click on the Redeem Tab, then TruCa$h Gift Card
To view your card balance, click on the gold Open My e-Wallet button (below your name and points total). This will take you to the e-Wallet management section of TruCa$h. Click on the Open my e-Wallet tab to be taken to the banking website. Enter your Card Number and your e-Wallet password. Please be aware the e-Wallet password is different from your TruCa$h password.
These values change depending on which country you are located in and also on whether you are converting to cash or gift cards. You can see the redemption values within the Redeem Tab section of the website.
Donate all or a portion of your points to one of our TruCa$h charities. Click on Redeem, then Charity, call our Customer Service Center toll free at 1-800-624-6171 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
It’s a debit card. When you get your card, you will also receive your 4 digit pin number. Please keep your PIN number safe.
Either function will work. If you select debit, you will have to enter your 4 digit pin number. If you select credit, you will have to sign for the purchase. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in the account plus any fees related to the transaction (see Terms and Conditions that accompanied the card).
DCR does not have access to pin numbers. If you lose your PIN, you must replace your card. If you are associated with a specific company or association, contact them and ask for a new card. Then contact TruCa$h (DCR Strategies) to have your points and cash transferred to your new card.
Yes, go to your eWallet, then click on PIN Requests, then Change PIN.
You need two passwords. One is your TruCa$h website password and the other is your eWallet password. In most cases, these passwords will be different.
